Cadence

Cadence is one of the newest master-planned communities in the Las Vegas area. This community is located in Henderson, the second largest city in Nevada, just thirty minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Once complete, Cadence will include up to 13,250 homes.

Cadence encompasses 2,200 acres of homes, parks, trails, retail, and office space. The community also features nearly 450 acres of open space, including parks, trails, and tree-lined streets. There are few barriers within Cadence’s unique, open design, and sidewalks weave throughout the community to increase walkability.

Community features

There are numerous restaurants, entertainment, and shopping options just outside Cadence. The community features a retail village and is also close to The District and the Galleria at Sunset shopping malls. These two Henderson shopping centers provide more than 200 stores combined!

The newly opened Smith’s Marketplace within Cadence provides residents with a one-stop shop for all their needs. In addition to grocery, the store includes apparel, houseware, toys, hardware, and small kitchen appliances. The store also features a Starbuck’s, Murray’s cheese shop, and a wine and beer bar. Cadence is also close to Henderon’s historic downtown (Water Street), where the city regularly hosts events such as an art fair, concerts, and other festivals.

The centerpiece of Cadence is Central Park, a 50-acre gathering spot for residents and their guests. The park features picnic areas, amphitheaters, a six-lane lap pool, playgrounds, a 2,000 square foot splash pad, pickleball courts, and fitness stations. Central Park also includes free Wi-Fi and outlets to keep you connected and your devices charged!

Outdoor adventure

If you’re interested in nature and hiking options, Cadence won’t disappoint. In addition to Central Park, Cadence is home to Desert Pulse Park, which includes the Dakota Dog Park for your furry family members! There are also several neighborhood parks distributed throughout the community.

Cadence features 30 acres of trails with additional access to larger, regional trails. Residents can connect to the River Mountains Loop Trail, Las Vegas Wash Trail, and Lake Mead Trail, offering additional miles of hiking, biking, and horseback riding.

For further outdoor adventure, Cadence is minutes from the Lake Mead Recreation Area, where you’ll find 1.5 million acres of mountains, canyons, and lakes. Lake Mead is America’s most diverse national recreation area and features numerous opportunities for hiking, biking, and boating. Also nearby are the 140-acre Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve and Clark County Wetlands Park.

Cadence is the perfect community for those looking to balance city life with a peaceful but active suburban lifestyle. The community maintains an inclusive, small-town feel with its open design and fewer walls between neighborhoods. The city of Henderson is also large enough to include amenities in its own right, while still being close to the excitement of the Las Vegas Strip and the convenience of McCarran International Airport.
