Anthem is a master-planned community located in Henderson, Nevada. It was developed by Del Webb corporation and opened in 1998. Within a year of opening, Anthem was able to sell over 1000 homes. Anthem only has a population of about 13,000 people. Anthem is also referred to as “Anthem Henderson.” Anthem is home to many retirees, as well.
