Red Rock Country Club is a 738-acre guard-gated community in Summerlin, Nevada. The community features approximately 1,000 single-family luxury homes built around two championship golf courses and a main clubhouse. Homes are currently selling for between $1.2 and $5 million. Red Rock residents aren’t technically part of the Summerlin master-planned community, so only pay local association dues. HOA fees are about $250 per month.
