Reverence is an excellent community to consider for anyone interested in a new home within Summerlin that combines luxury and spectacular views but is priced slightly lower than some of the more exclusive neighborhoods. Four of the six Reverence collections are guard gated and priced between $1 and $4 million, while two collections offer homes starting in the upper $700,000s. HOA dues are about $200 per month with an additional $50 Summerlin master association fee.
