Seven Hills is a master-planned community located in Henderson, Nevada. Cosmo World Corporation, based in Japan, was the initial developer. There was a parcel of the land that was developed and renamed “Inspirada”, and now Inspirada and Seven Hills are two separate areas.
The area, like Inspirada, took inspiration from the New Urbanism movement. Seven Hills has no interconnecting roads with Inspirada, and it is also home to the famous Rio Secco Golf Club. Here are some of the things that you can expect if you choose to move to Seven Hills. The name “Seven Hills” references the “seven hills” that surrounded ancient Rome. As a result, Seven Hills boasts all sorts of beautiful Tuscan architecture and other Italian designs.
There is an ongoing debate about which Henderson community has the best views, but the crown just might belong to Seven Hills. In fact, many real estate experts believe that Seven Hills is quite reasonably priced when considering the expensive views that it offers.
Whether you live on the east side or west side of Seven Hills, you’ll be treated to either a beautiful sunrise or a gorgeous sunset.

The Rio Secco Golf Club is a huge attraction when it comes to the Seven Hills community. It was originally built as part of the Rio All Suite Hotel And Casino. When the course was created in 1997, it was considered one of the best golf clubs in the entire country. The course was built by Rees Jones, a well-known golf course architect.
The Rio Secco Golf Club is also home to the Butch Harmon School of Golf. Harmon is a former professional golf player and widely considered to be one of the best golf instructors in the world. If you are a true golf enthusiast, the Rio Secco Golf Club is hard to beat.
