MacDonald Ranch is a master-planned community located in Henderson, Nevada, about 20 minutes southeast of the Las Vegas Strip. For example, the newer Canyons neighborhood features more modern homes, while Sunridge homes tend to have larger lots and more established landscaping. The Foothills is the best neighborhood for homebuyers interested in purchasing ultra-luxurious homes with choice views and lots. The 55+ Sun City community is the best neighborhood for active adults looking for a community with a great location that caters to older adults rather than families and small children.
For those with or looking to start a family, the non-age-restricted MacDonald Ranch communities offer numerous family-friendly amenities and nearby great schools, including the prestigious Henderson International School.
