Red Rock Country Club

Red Rock Country Club is a 738-acre guard-gated community in Summerlin, Nevada.

The community features approximately 1,000 single-family luxury homes built around two championship golf courses and a main clubhouse. Red Rock is located on the far west side of the Las Vegas Valley, about 30 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and Harry Reid International Airport.

Red Rock Country Club is one of the most affluent gated communities in the Las Vegas area and its residents enjoy spectacular views of the canyons and desert landscape. The community backs up to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and homes are nestled among the canyon walls, palm trees, and winding green fairways. The community has also recently established a buy-back option in which homeowners can purchase an additional 20 feet of lot size on most golf course homes.

Both 18-hole community golf courses were designed by Arnold Palmer. The Arroyo course is public, while the Mountain Course is private. The courses feature lush landscaping and waterfalls and bring together challenge, beauty, and escape. If you’re looking for a golf course community with tee time right in your backyard, Red Rock is hard to beat with its two championship courses, putting greens, driving ranges, and additional access to play at its sister course, Siena Golf Club.

In addition to its golf options, the Red Rock Sports Club offers a gym with weight and cardio equipment, aquatic center, and tennis complex. The aquatic center features a lap pool and resort style family area, and the tennis complex includes nine lighted courts and a stadium court. Residents can also wind down after a workout in the club’s massage therapy and steam rooms.

Red Rock Country Club also boasts a 44,000-square-foot main clubhouse known as The Club, which serves as the social hub of the community. The Club features board and event rooms, a golf pro shop, patio, onsite restaurants, and lounge. Residents enjoy a full social calendar at The Club and can host events, receptions, and banquets, or just relax and enjoy a meal at The Oasis Grill and Palmer Lounge.

Red Rock Country Club residents live in a secluded desert oasis but are still close to many amenities. The community is just outside Summerlin, which boasts 3 shopping centers with more than 125 retail shops. Downtown Summerlin also features numerous boutiques, restaurants, and cafés. Just 5 minutes from the community is the Red Rock Casino Resort Spa, featuring a 17-story hotel and casino, as well as restaurants, a 16-screen cinema, 72-lane bowling alley, and a full-service spa. Additional world-class entertainment and dining options are just a short drive away with the Las Vegas Strip less than 30 minutes from home.

For residents interested in more outdoor recreation, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area is just west of the community. In the evenings, the mountains are lit by soft amber hued lights for residents to enjoy from their backyards or on an evening walk. The Conservation Area also features 26 distinct hikes and trails, numerous biking, off-roading, camping, and rock climbing opportunities, as well as a 13-mile scenic drive.

This 24-hour guard gated community offers numerous amenities and luxuries in a beautiful, private setting that’s perfect for anyone interested in a safe, exclusive lifestyle on the far west side of the Las Vegas Valley. Homes in Red Rock were built in the 1990s and early 2000s with most completed by 2006, so the community has a stately maturity about it without feeling dated.

Most of the Red Rock Country Club homes were custom or semi-custom built, and all are priced over $1 million, with a median listing price of about $2.1 million. Homes are currently selling for between $1.2 and $5 million. Red Rock residents aren’t technically part of the Summerlin master-planned community, so only pay local association dues. HOA fees are about $250 per month.
