Rhodes Ranch is a guard-gated, 1,330-acre master-planned community located 15 minutes southwest of the Las Vegas Strip. Older homes tend to include larger lots and sell on the higher end of this scale. HOA fees range from $155 to $200 per month and are among the lowest in Las Vegas for a guard-gated, golf course community.
