Sun City Summerlin is a 55+ active-adult community within the master-planned community of Summerlin, Nevada.

Sun City is located on the western edge of the Las Vegas Valley, just 20 minutes from the Strip. This age-restricted community is the largest in Nevada with a total of 7,779 condos and single-family homes, four clubhouses, three golf courses, restaurants, and endless amenities.

Sun City Summerlin is a Del Webb community developed in 1989 and now well established as one of the premier retirement communities in the country. The village encompasses 2,530 acres and offers stunning views of the mountains and Las Vegas cityscape.

Each course also features a designated driving range and practice green.
