What’s New at The District at Green Valley Ranch in 2026?

The District at Green Valley Ranch has been busy. On the dining side, there are some fresh additions worth checking out. Eco and Rig are now in the mix with happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 PM at the bar. North Italia and Flower Child have also joined the lineup, giving you even more options whether you are grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal. On the Whole Foods side, Ruth Cafe and Cantina Tequila are worth a stop, too.

A few spots have changed hands or gotten a refresh. Settebello Napoletana Pizzeria got a facelift, and Richie McNeely’s is now The Oak Room. Bella Vita and Panera are no longer around, but the new additions more than fill the gap.

The shopping scene is still strong with Anthropologie, Sephora, Pottery Barn, Williams and Sonoma, and White House Black Market all still holding it down. If you are into home decor, Bloom is a fun stop with vintage-inspired pieces and DIY workshops you can actually sign up for.

The condos above The District at Green Valley Ranch are a unique find. There are only 90 units total, and they do not come up for sale often. The last one sold in January 2026 at $805,000 for a 2-bed, 2-bath with a 2-car garage at 1,256 square feet. Prices have ranged from the mid $400s up to $900,000. Residents get access to a rooftop deck with two spas, a theater room, an exercise room, and a great set of perks at Green Valley Resort, including 10% off resort-owned restaurants Monday through Thursday, a season pool pass with discounts on cabanas and food, 20% off the spa on weekdays, and complimentary hotel upgrades.

For something more affordable, condos near Paseo Verde Parkway and South Green Valley Parkway are coming in between $255,000 and $365,000, with one and two-bedroom options that include attached garages. Townhomes in the guard-gated Inspiration at Green Valley Ranch community on Paseo Verde and Carnegie range from $360,000 to $463,000, and a handful even have their own private pools, which is rare for the area.

Single-family homes in the nearby gated communities range from the low $400s up to $875,000. HOA fees vary depending on the community, with condos typically on the higher end, and master plan fees running around $75 a month.

Events and Attractions

The District at Green Valley Ranch is not just a place to shop and eat. There is always something going on, which is a big part of why people love living in Henderson and this area specifically.

On the green behind Whole Foods, Movies on the Green kicks off May 2nd, starting with Lilo and Stitch. There is also a weekly Farmers Market every Thursday from 9 AM to 1 PM, a Fit4Moms Stroller Strides class on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings, and monthly fitness classes throughout the year. Around the holidays, you will find Bunny Photos in the spring, Santa and a tree and menorah lighting at Christmas, and Halloween costume contests in the fall.

Just a short drive away, Lee’s Family Forum (formerly Dollar Loan Center Arena) hosts the AHL Silver Knights, the Desert Dogs lacrosse team, and the Vegas Knight Hawks indoor football team. There are also concerts and special events throughout the season. And Green Valley Ranch Resort is right there with restaurants, a spa, a pool, a movie theater, and its own events calendar.
