The Ethel M Cactus Garden is a fantastic spot in Las Vegas in February. Like Christmas, this attraction becomes extra special during Valentine’s season. It transforms into the Lights of Love with stunning lights display from 5-10 PM daily. There is a $1 ticket but it will be donated to charity.
